      AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina, AmeriHealth Caritas Partnership and United Way of the Greater Triangle invite leaders to share and discuss strategies to develop innovative approaches to early childhood and youth development initiatives in preventive care. Participants will learn the importance of collaboration between public and private partnerships to improve health outcomes in the Greater Triangle. Attendees and panelists will have the opportunity to expore additional ways that collaboration can happen among foundations, academic institutions, and nonprofits. Lunch and networking will begin promptly at noon. The agenda will include: NCCARE360 overview. Healthy Hoops® program overview. Discussion of the importance of partnerships and collaboration. Power of Partnerships Coalition panel discussion. NC 2-1-1 overview.
