      Come join us every Tuesday evening, and learn how to get the most from your meditation practice. We cover the basics of meditation through “The 12 Steps of the Mindfulness Meditation Practice.” There will be instruction, discussion, and meditation. You’ll learn how to:- Overcome stress and anxiety- Calm your racing mind- Improve your relationships- Heal and transform the wounds from your past- Realize true inner peace and happinessBeginners are Welcome!It is ideal for both beginners and experienced meditators.
